LINLEY DALY IS A Trusted Advisor AND SOUL-LEVEL COACH
FOR THE LEADERS CARRYING THE HEAVIEST LOADS.
With three decades at the intersection of non-profit and corporate innovation, Linley Daly works with impact-driven leaders who shoulder enormous responsibility.
I’m known for my ability to hold both vision and vulnerability. My work blends strategic precision with emotional intelligence, grit, and the courage to name what’s true.
As a former Division I college athlete, I understand the discipline and commitment required to perform at the highest level, as well as the challenge of transitioning from “athlete to professional.” This experience fuels my ability to see the bigger picture and coach others through pivotal moments of transition.
I’m not an accountability coach. I’m a high-flame, high-impact coach who works with those leading on the edge: visionary executives, audacious founders, and mission-fueled changemakers who know that real leadership isn’t about optics. It’s about courage, clarity, and creating a culture that fuels impact at every level.
Accredited and certified in multiple coaching disciplines, I bring a rich mix of strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and grounded experience. As a professional fundraiser, accredited executive and leadership coach, and strategy consultant, I have helped organizations raise millions of dollars, developed leaders at every level, and strengthened communities by aligning strategy, growth, and culture-building.
From leadership forums and workshops to strategic consulting and speaking engagements, my work bridges head, heart, and gut, helping individuals and organizations operate at their highest potential for massive impact.
When I’m not coaching or facilitating, you can find me hiking outdoors, traveling somewhere new, or sharing great food I didn’t have to cook. I’m an avid reader, an early-morning meditator, a lifelong learner, a partner to Michael, and a mom to three cool humans.

“Over the past nine months, the Forum has been a much-needed space for release and reflection, peppered with clarity and hilarity.”
—Nonprofit CEO
“These past nine months in the Forum have been profoundly grounding and energizing. It became a space where I could pause, think deeply, laugh freely, and grow alongside people who inspired me every step of the way. I’m grateful for the insight, the connection, and the sense of shared purpose that will stay with me long after our time together.”
—Nonprofit Executive Director
“Linley’s FORUM brought together strong nonprofit women navigating similar professional waters. Through honest conversation (and humor), she connected us to resources in each other and through thoughtful guest speakers. This helped us realize we’re not alone in the chaos and crazy. That mattered more than we realized.”
—CEO NAPPR
“Introspection is a quality which seems a little out of fashion, perhaps because to some it’s mistaken as weakness. To me it’s what creates the bedrock of growth and development. It’s a quality that can be honed with guidance and encouragement to find both clarity and untapped strengths. The most outstanding benefit of having worked with Liney has been how she has led me to structure and channel my introspection to make me more resilient, calm and effective. Thanks to her, I have simply come to know my own mind better.”
—Executive for a multi-national chemical company
